FrontView Edge is a market intelligence and data visualization platform providing general financial market information in the form of regime classifications, sector phase analysis, conviction scores, and related analytical outputs.
Front View, LLC is not registered as an investment advisor with the SEC, FINRA, or any state securities regulator. Use of the Platform does not create an advisory, fiduciary, or client relationship. All investment decisions are made solely by the User.
All Platform Outputs are generated by an automated analytical framework based on publicly available closing price data. Outputs are not reviewed by a registered investment advisor before delivery. The framework may contain errors. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.
Front View, LLC reserves the right to modify, update, enhance, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, including but not limited to: the analytical framework and scoring methodology; regime classification algorithms; sector phase definitions and thresholds; conviction score calculations; data sources and providers; Platform features, interface, and functionality; and subscription tier features and benefits. We will endeavor to provide reasonable notice of material changes to paid subscribers where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Platform. Users accessing the Platform from outside the United States are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
To access certain Platform features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to update that information as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false or misleading information.
Each User may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent access restrictions, pricing tiers, or other Platform policies is prohibited.

Users who enroll in a paid Subscription during the Founding Member enrollment period are eligible for a 20% discount ("Founding Member Rate"). The Founding Member Rate is locked at enrollment and applies to all future tier upgrades provided the Subscription remains active. It is non-transferable and applies to the subscribing account only.
Paid Subscriptions are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees. Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in suspension or termination of your Subscription.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify Subscription pricing with thirty (30) days' advance notice. Price changes will not affect the Founding Member Rate for qualifying accounts.
By creating an account or accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.
You may use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial investment research and analysis. Advisor Tier users may use Platform outputs to support their advisory practice in accordance with applicable law.

All Platform Content, Outputs, visual design, software, algorithms, and brand elements (including the FrontView Edge or Frontview Markets name, logo, and tagline "Regime · Sector · Clarity") are the intellectual property of Front View, LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms and your active Subscription.
You acknowledge and agree that:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Front View, LLC and its principals, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights; or (d) any investment decision you make based on Platform Content or Outputs.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to the Platform, other Users, or Front View, LLC. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your Subscription and ceasing use of the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings conducted in Manatee County, Florida. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at frontviewmarkets.com/terms with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
