All regime classifications, conviction scores, READY/WAIT/AVOID designations, sector phase outputs, and other analytical outputs generated by the FrontView Edge platform:

Are produced by an automated analytical framework based on publicly available closing price data;
Are provided for general informational and educational purposes only;
Are not tailored to any individual user's financial situation, investment objectives, risk tolerance, or time horizon;
Do not constitute a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any specific security;
Are not predictions of future price movement or investment performance;
May not be accurate, complete, or current at the time of viewing.

5. Investment Risk Disclosure

All investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past regime classifications, historical framework performance, and backtested results do not guarantee future results. Where FrontView Edge presents historical framework performance, backtested results, or track record data:

Backtested results are hypothetical and do not represent actual trading results;
Hypothetical results have inherent limitations and may not reflect actual outcomes that would have been achieved if the strategy had been implemented during the applicable period;
Past performance does not predict future results;
The Validation Engine track record reflects results as labeled — live results from the date of platform launch, backtested results prior to that date.

FrontView Edge sources market data from publicly available third-party data providers. FrontView Edge makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose of data obtained from third parties.
