Front View, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operating under the trade names Frontview Edge and Frontview Markets, is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use the FrontView Edge platform.
By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these practices, do not use the Platform.

We will send you transactional emails related to your account, including registration confirmations, billing receipts, password resets, and material Platform notices. These emails are necessary for Platform operation and are not marketing communications.
With your consent, we may send marketing communications including the weekly Regime Report newsletter, product updates, and promotional offers. You may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us at hello@frontviewmarkets.com.
All commercial email communications from FrontView Edge comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, including identifying the message as an advertisement where required, including our physical mailing address, providing a clear opt-out mechanism, and honoring opt-out requests within 10 business days.
Front View, LLC does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

The Platform may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your login session, remember preferences, analyze Platform usage, and support analytics tools. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies, though some features may not function properly. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and secure hosting infrastructure. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach, we will notify you and applicable authorities as required by law.
You may access and update your account information at any time. To request correction of information you cannot update yourself, contact us at hello@frontviewmarkets.com.
You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We will process deletion requests subject to our legal obligations. Deleting your account will result in loss of access to the Platform.
California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. Front View, LLC does not sell personal information. To submit a CCPA request, contact us at hello@frontviewmarkets.com.
The Platform is not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us at hello@frontviewmarkets.com.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted at frontviewmarkets.com/privacy with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
